The cost for processing the application is a flat fee of $750 which comes from the patient's spendown*. This fee is payable at the first meeting between yourself and a trained and experienced Medi-Services field representative. There are no additional charges, regardless of the complexity of the application. Medi-Services continues working on the case until Medicaid benefits are granted.
